Boys' outing

So, this week the boys are out of school for a fall break, so we have been exploring HK (just the three of us as Jeff works and the girls go to school). Because public transportation is our mode of operation here, it takes a while to get anywhere, but many things are quite close as the crow flies.  Today, we conquered a small section of Lantau Island, which is bigger than HK Island, but without the crowds.
We took a ferry (one hour) over, but were able to take a glass-bottomed gondola back to the MTR station on Lantau Island that brought us right back to HK Island.  Disney is also on LI, but that the boys decided we shouldn't make that stop without the girls.
The Big Buddha is the place to catch the gondola ride, and you can see it in the upper background of the second picture where F and E are trying to look like him. The beauty around this place definitely belongs to the mountains.
