End of summer - Sept 2016

Beginning the school year (2016-17) with only three children was a bit sad, but I was too excited for Forrest to be truly sad.

But, before we could actually begin the school year we had to move houses. I HATE moving.

Leaving this view was also a little hard.

I think we will also miss this neighborhood pool that is really hard to just call, a neighborhood pool.

Forrest was happy to miss the move date. Ellis, on the other hand, got to paint his room alone (as part of his Family Life merit badge). Of course, this is the first time in his life he has had his own room. 

This was really painful for me to watch. 

The incredible view is gone, but we have grass and we can walk everywhere. 

 In three days, every stitch of furniture, every ceiling light (we only four of those to hang), and every piece of wall art were placed.  The window treatments went up before the movers arrived. HK is efficient.

And, this is how we all felt (all of us movers).
